Billy is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Canadian energy sector.  He has worked with Suncor Energy for over 17 years in a variety of departments such as design engineering, project management, growth planning and development, process safety, operational excellence, and new technology development. Exergy is a reflection of Billy's passion for driving technology improvement to the energy industry and other sectors critical to our economy. 

Exergy Solutions is focused on delivering innovation and business improvement to their customers. The team at Exergy has experience in testing technologies, building lab pilots and pre-commercial pilot plants. The team leverages 3D printing, digital technologoes and agile project management methods to accelerate the path to commercialization. 

Billy Rideout, Chief Executive Officer / Visionary of Exergy Solutions, is a Chemical Engineer who graduated from the University of New Brunswick.  He is registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA and certified PMP from the PMI institute.
